Advocate services provided to a person with a turnover less than Rs.20 Lakhs (service supplier) or Rs.40 Lakhs (supplier of goods) is exempted. Hence the same shall not be covered under RCM and thus not liable to pay RCM. He is also not required to obtain registration for this purpose.
